The Lakeland Pedlar building houses not only the Wholefood Cafe but an excellent bike shop as
well. The cafe is decorated to a high standard in warm, welcoming colours and is
decked out with pictures and cycling memorabilia from across the world and
through the centuries. For anyone with a keen interest in the bicycle ( of any
variety ) there are bound to be many items to interest and delight.
The cafe
makes an ideal starting and finishing point for day rides, walks and many other
outdoor activities, and there is always expert advice on hand to advise on
routes for any ability.
Keswick lies on the popular C2C route and is also
part of the new Sustrans Triangle between Workington, Maryport and Keswick.
